XDemics Corporation Announces the Appointment of Forrest Roush, MBA, as Vice President of Business Development
SAN RAFAEL, Calif. – (August 8, 2025). Mr. Roush brings more than fifteen years of experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, and M&A across life science tools and biotechnology. At Corning Life Sciences, he led multiple non-organic growth initiatives, closing $170 million in transactions and directing strategic planning, competitive analysis, and portfolio leadership for cell culture and bioprocess product lines. Prior to that, Mr. Roush held operating, strategy, and product leadership roles, including P&L responsibility for Corning’s Cell Culture business unit, a $200 million business at the time.
Before entering the life sciences industry, Mr. Roush served as a U.S. Naval Officer and Chief Engineer on a nuclear-powered fast-attack submarine. He earned an MBA in Finance and Technology Management from Purdue University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
Mr. Roush strengthens XDemics with deep experience in partnership building, valuation, deal structuring, strategic expansion, and operations. He will lead business development and alliance activities as the company scales and launches new products built on the XDemics’ platform.
